Easy Skillet Enchilada Pasta

A one pan meal that makes a weeknight dinner sincerely simple and brief. Who doesn’t love a short and scrumptious meal throughout the week? We certain do!!


Smooth Skillet Enchilada Pasta is almost achieved!  i like that this is all completed on the range top. i've made enchilada pastas within the oven which might be scrumptious additionally. but this is one pan, so now not lots of easy up and so clean and so yummy! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 10 oz enchilada sauce
  • 3/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 4 oz diced green chiles
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3/4 lb rotini noodles
  • salt and pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. prepare dinner pasta in boiling salted water
  2. whilst the pasta is cooking  brown the floor pork. Drain the fats. Season  with salt and pepper, corn, cumin, chili powder. upload enchilada sauce and simmer for 5 mins.
  3. add cream cheese , chilies, bitter cream and stir together
  4. add in cooked pasta
  5. upload cheese and stir until melted. do away with from cooktop and serve.
