Salty Peanut Butter Quinoa

Hi peeps! You probably recognize that i have a candy tooth and there are days whilst it’s quite difficult to resist chocolate and stuff. I guess i am not the most effective one, right? ๐Ÿ˜‰ therefore I wanted to make kind of a healthful vegan snack that i'm able to clutch when i am craving something sugary.




So I made these terrific yummy and extraordinary smooth to make peanut butter quinoa-chia chocolate bars. OMG they're so appropriate! I brought some sea salt to the bars due to the fact I actually love the combination of peanut butter and salt. but i'd nonetheless call it a candy deal with – with a salty contact.

INGREDIENTS


  • ( I highly recommend using organic products)
  • 2 1/2 cups puffed/popped quinoa
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup peanut butter (I used a smooth and unsalted & unsweetened one)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup ( or agave, rice etc…)
  • 150 gr vegan high quality dark chocolate
  • Salty peanut butter quinoa-chia bars with chocolate (vegan & glutenfree) 

INTRUCTIONS


  1. mix the quinoa, chia, hemp and sea salt in a massive bowl.
  2. melt the peanut butter on a water bath and stir inside the maple syrup. Now upload this to the dry substances and blend the whole thing together. I think this works great together with your (washed) hands.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and scoop the batter into it. Use your wet palms to press everything together tightly into an excellent rectangle, kind of 2 cm excessive.
