Swiss Cream Chicken Chicken

I like easy recipes! They are my favorites !! They are people who depend almost every day so I can really get my husband and children fed fast and without a ton of stress. Who is with me? This next recipe happens to be one of them (Thank goodness). I don't have time to do a complex and long one-ton recipe, but this is the one we have several times a month, including at Easter. This grilled chicken recipe is a hit with everyone, which means it's definitely a guard. We tend to eat tons of chicken in our house, so if you like chicken too and like an easy recipe, you should definitely try this creamy Swiss roasted chicken. 🙂


The taste of chicken, sour cream and a little cheese (Swiss and Parmesan) makes this oh-so-delicious recipe! I like that it can be discarded in the oven and can be done in one hour. 🙂

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6-8 slices of swiss cheese (Mozzarella works too)
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese is divided
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Rice to serve more than (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven 375.
  2. Pat dried the chicken and place it in a 9 x 13 oily pan.
  3. Add sliced ​​cheese over the chicken breast.
  4. In a bowl of mayonnaise, sour cream, ½ cup of Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and powdered garlic. Spread this over the chicken and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 1 hour. Serve over rice if desired or serve alone.
