Stuffed Avocado Tacos

Avocados are the perfect substitute for taco shells! Not only can you enjoy taco toppings, but you can enjoy avocados and can even spoon some for a little guacamole!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • Teh teaspoon of cumin
  • ½ tsp Oregano is dry
  • Teh teaspoon of powdered garlic
  • Teh teaspoon of onion powder
  • 4 ounces of tomato sauce
  • 3 avocados, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup of sliced ​​cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup of shredded lettuce

Additional toppings:

  • coriander leaves
  • sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add beef to a medium sized saucepan. Cook over medium heat until browned.
  2. Dry the grease and add spices and tomato sauce. Stir to combine. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Removing the hole from the avocado is halved. The remaining craters from the hole with taco meat. Top with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro and sour cream.
