Straight One Pancake Watcher Weight Point

These skinny pancakes are very soft and delicious and you will never know that they are just one Smart Weight Watcher every point! These pancakes don't add sugar or fat and are made with Greek yogurt so they have 3 grams of protein in each pancake. I haven't had the chance to officially share on a blog, but I have used the Weight Pointers Smart Point program for a little over a year and lost 60 kilograms so far. I think most of my success with the program is that I make the same recipe for our whole family. I always try to make point-friendly choices that love my children too. It's pancakes that kids and parents agree on!

In a separate bowl, shake with dry ingredients then add the dry ingredients to dry and mix until combined. Measure the pancakes by level 1/4 full cup to the non stick frying pan.


  • 2 over-cooked mashed bananas
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup of plain Greek fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of fat-free milk
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon


  1. Heat the nonstick electric skillet to 325 degrees.
  2. In an intermediate bowl, combine mashed banana, egg white, Greek yogurt, milk and vanilla extract. Shuffle until it also combines.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon and whisk.
  4. Stir the wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into a hot pan and cook until golden brown.
