Seafood Scampi

Seafood Scampi - the best seafood pasta with lemon sauce and butter. A perfect dinner for the whole family or special occasions. Really delicious!

Scampi means large shrimp or shrimp, but in American cuisine, scampi often refers to shrimp dishes sauteed with garlic in a lemon butter sauce. Scampi is usually a pasta dish in which spaghetti or linguine is added to the shrimp.


  • 1 lb mix of seafood (shrimp, squid and shellfish)
  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons without Salt butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 ran black pepper
  • 1 cup, bottle of juice mussels
  • 1/2 tsp salt or according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice or according to taste
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced ​​parts
  • 1 tablespoon of minced parsley


  1. Rinse the mixture of seafood with cold water, drain and set aside. Dry it with a paper towel.
  2. Bring a pot of boiling water, cook spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat the pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and butter. Saute the garlic until light brown. Add a mixture of Seafood and black pepper. Stir and cook until they are half done. Add clam juice, salt, crushed red peppers and lemon juice. Adjust the flavor by adding salt and lemon juice.
  4. Transfer spaghetti to the pan, mix well with a mixture of Seafood. Add chopped tomatoes and parsley. Good mixture with spaghetti. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
