Roasted Peppers & Cheese Spread #christmas #spread

I like peppers, especially when they are roasted. Many months ago I even roasted them myself, which was not really difficult. But because I have several small children, time is of the essence and so is the ease of prepping recipes. So jarred the roasted peppers! This spread is very flexible, you can use it on baguette, sodium, flat bread pizza, even pasta, the list can go on & on. And the amazing part is that you can prepare this for flat time and BAM! finished!



Perfect for entertaining holidays, or just for afternoon snacks! You will only like this flavorful spread! We are sure to do it!

Material

  • 12 oz. 1 jar of roasted peppers, really draining
  • 1 package of 4 oz collapsed Feta cheese (I use the Athenos brand)
  • 2 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Using the processor food with a knife attachment, add peppers & cheese.
  2. Blender until the desired consistency. I prefer thick rather than porridge.
  3. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Chill any unused portions.
