I've been sharing and teaching the atmosphere lately (just look here and here). Why? Let's face it, while most of us enjoy party holidays and giving gifts, can be big, stressful, and expensive. What kind of fun holiday is that? Not a pleasant one ... So today, I show you how to reduce the stress level of your holiday party while saving a few dough with this opening Riccius Prosciutto Cracker recipe.


  • 7 oz of happy ranch® Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 special ounces of Select® Prosciutto
  • 1 box of Savoritz® salt crackers (about 45 crackers)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Berryhill® Clover honey for drizzle


  1. In a small bowl, mix ricotta, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper together. Set aside.
  2. Cut the prosciutto triangle. The triangle must be small enough to top your crackers (see photo above).
  3. Using an off-set spatula, simply smear the ricotta mixture into each cracker, until each cracker is thinly closed.
  4. Roll each of the prosciutto triangles into small conical shapes and place each one on a ricotta-coated cracker.
  5. After all the crackers are coated and topped with prosciutto, drizzle a small amount of honey over each. Serve immediately.
