Red Velvet Ball Cheese #christmas #cheese

This red velvet cheese ball makes delicious party snacks or desserts. Serve on Christmas, for Valentine's Day, or anytime. This is delicious with vanilla cookies or graham crackers.

I've seen this red velvet cheese ball from Deborah in taste and told it to float around Pinterest for some time now. The sweet cheese ball attracted me, but I really didn't get around to tasting it until someone brought it to the thing my friend's favorite party hosted last month.


  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 (15.25 oz) box of red velvet cake mix, dry
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • mini chocolate chips cup 1/2
  • vanilla cake / graham crackers, to serve


  1. In the bowl of the mixer stand with a paddle attachment, shake the cream of cheese and butter together until smooth.
  2. Add cake mixes, powdered sugar and sugar. Mix it until it's put well.
  3. Scrape the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Use a mixture of shapes to form a ball. Cool it in plastic wrap until the company is enough to handle, about 30 minutes.
  4. Put chocolate chips on the plate. Open the ball of cheese and roll it on the chocolate chip. (* Tips: to keep from getting too messy, use plastic wrap to help you roll the cheese ball.) Serve with vanilla cake, graham crackers, etc.
