Vanilla Latte Steel cut oats has a coffee flavor popular drinks that are good for you, delicious breakfast. You can make this pressure cooker a vanilla steel latte cut the previous oat recipe and warm the oatmeal when you are ready to eat it, too.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of steel cut oats
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of espresso powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • fresh whipped cream
  • fine grated chocolate

DIRECTION:

  1. Add water, milk, wheat, sugar, espresso powder and salt to pressure the cooking pot. Stir to dissolve espresso powder. Locking the lid in place. Select high pressure and set 10 minutes time.
  2. When the beep sounds, turn off the pressure cooker and use natural pressure release for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes of rapid pressure release to release any remaining pressure. When the valve drops carefully remove the lid. Stir in the vanilla extract and enough sugar. Cover and let stand for five minutes until the desired oat thickness.
  3. Serving topped with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
