Peppermint Oreo Chocolate Cake Cookies #christmas #cake

Cookies Chocolate mix Oreo Peppermint soft cakes, creamy with a refreshing peppermint flavor and end with a small crisis. This cookie is decadent so they leave you saying M M is good !!

An incomplete vacation without Peppermint Chocolate cake. And this is what I like to call a loaded version. I like to use cake mixes to make cookies. It is made with basic dough which includes a cake mixture, butter and cream cheese! Yes it is divine!

The way to change this basic mixture is with all the items that go into it. For Cookies this Christmas, my inspiration combines some of my child's favorites (yes, I'll just blame him) for making the perfect combination.

  • Mix 1 package of dark chocolate cake
  • 1 stick of butter, soften
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of peppermint or vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of oreo cookies, cut into pieces
  • 1 (10 ounces) package of Ghirardelli peppermint pieces
  • Peppermint, destroyed for decoration

  1. A mixture of mixed, butter, egg and peppermint extract cakes. Add cream cheese and beat until combined.
  2. Stir the pieces of Oreo and peppermint pieces.
  3. Cool the mixture 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove and roll to 1 inch shaped cake balls.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes. Remove from the oven and press slightly to flatten with the back of the spatula, sprinkle with crushed peppermint. Let it rest on the baking sheet for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove it to be really cool on the shelf pan. Store in a tight water container.
