  • Pecan (120 parts)
  • 24 caramels individually wrapped, opening
  • 12 ounces of high quality chocolate (we like Ghirardelli brands)

  1. Preheat oven 300 * F.
  2. Line cookie sheet with baking mat or nonstick foil.
  3. Lay 5 pecans on a cookie sheet in a star pattern, making sure they touch at the center point.
  4. The caramel place opens it in the center of the pecan.
  5. You must be able to get a turtle 12 sheets of one cookie.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Caramel must be soft but not melted.
  7. With the back of the spoon, while the turtle is still warm, the caramel squish dies, so it's smooshes to the pecan.
  8. Gently Melt the chocolate in a double broiler pan or proof the heat of the bowl over a pot of boiling water. Spread on a generous amount of chocolate on top of each turtle and let it cool.
  9. After being cooled by touch, try not to eat the whole pan by yourself!
