One Chicken Pans & Rice Fajita Sup

ONE pot of chicken Fajita and rice soup is packed with your favorite fajita flavors and ingredients (and jack cheese!) And is very easy, delicious and entertaining! Make room for new favorite ways to devour fajitas!



L For a layer of fiestalicious fajita seasoning from cumin, chili powder, garlic, and smoked swimming peppers in a broth like creamy enchilada sauce that will have your palate begged for more after every slurpful.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced ​​(1 pound)
  • 1/2 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small orange peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow paprika, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of powdered chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin soil per salt, pwdr chili,
  • 1/2 tsp each smoked peppers, pepper, dried oregano
  • 3/4 cup long grain of white rice, raw
  • 1 15 oz. can be black beans, rinsed and dried
  • 1 4 oz. can be lightly diced green chili
  • 1 can be 14 oz. crushed tomatoes
  • 4 14.5 oz. low cans of sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 1 cup of Jack pepper Jack grated or more for flavor

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt the butter in olive oil over high heat in a large pan of Dutch oven soup. Add chicken and onions and saute for 3 minutes.
  2. Add peppers, garlic, flour and all spices. Cooking, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
  3. Crushed rice, black beans, green chillies, tomatoes and 3 cans of chicken broth. The last cornstarch mixture can be chicken stock and add to soup. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and cook on medium low heat, stirring occasionally, for 8-12 minutes or until rice is cooked. * Note: cooking time may vary depending on how long it takes to bring the soup to boil so I suggest checking rice sometimes sometimes until it's finished.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Add additional chicken broth to thin soup if desired. Decorate individual portions with desired toppings.
