Don't you just love the convenience of casseroles, especially easy low carb beef recipes? I also like having a hot oven heating the kitchen in the winter.

Casserole is one of my favorite dishes to make, especially for cheap meals. I found myself making them regularly. In fact, I am often known for this easy baked dish.

Material

  • 2 pounds of ground beef
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 pound sugar bacon is not cooked and chopped

  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with garlic powder and onions.
