Instant Strawberry Pots Mixed Oatmeal #christmas #strawberry

This instant delicious Pot Strawberry Trail rotates Oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts for a super fast breakfast that is easy to make!
It is no secret that I was head-over-heels for my Pot instant pressure cooker, even though it was probably the most awkward birthday present my husband had ever gifted me. Is it true!

I don't know a little what or what a little, let alone how to even use things! Luckily it has been easy to use (can I admit I still never read the manual?) And is super intuitive with all the dandy shortcut keys useful.

Some of my instant-creation favorites have so far been my Vegetarian Tortilla soup, the Chilean vegetarian lentil and the third Butternut bloemkol Soup-appear on the crazy menu often because of how easy they are to manage, forget, and faceplant.

  • 1 cup of steel cut oats
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup of orange juice juice *
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberry
  • 1 tbsp raisin
  • 1 tablespoon of dried apricots
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped pecans
  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1 / 2-1 cup of chopped strawberries (DO IT!)
  • additional cinnamon (I like adding extra to my oatmeal!)
  • extra pecan (huh!)
  • any additional fruit or sweetener if desired
  • milk or almond milk
  • granola

  1. To help prevent sticky spritz, IP steel vessels with oil sprays (we love coconut oil or avocado) - you can also melt your butter first and add that to the bottom of the pot if you prefer!
  2. Add all ingredients (except for toppings) into an instant pan and stir to combine. Close the key.
  3. Press the Manual button and adjust the time to 10 minutes. When the timer goes off, quickly release pressure (using the release valve) until the float valve drops.
  4. Open the lid and stir the oatmeal. The spoon is cooked in oats in a two bowl and piles on toppings! I want to stir in a few extra cinnamon and pecans, drizzle the almond milk and strawberry boat load. I have just topped my oatmeal with homemade granola too and LOOOVE it!
