Healthy Chicken Burrito Wraps

Gathering inspiration from their offerings, we make this healthy Burrito chicken wrap as an alternative. Wrap wheat, rice, and low fat cheese, reduce calories, and broccoli bulks up nutrition. Material

  • 2 cups of chicken fillet, pre-cooked and grated
  • 1 cup of Mexican rice or brown rice, pre-cooked
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup of broccoli, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup sharp grated cheddar Cheese, reduces fat
  • 5 wheat tortillas (8 inches)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix with chicken, rice, avocado, broccoli, cilantro, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Evenly distribute the mixture in the middle of the tortilla and fold them tighter, making sure the filling doesn't fall.
  3. Heat the pan or pan grill, add extra-virgin olive oil. Arrange the full wrap in the pan and cook over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese melts inside.
  4. Serve warm.
