Grilled Goats Grilled Cranberry Appetizer #christmas #dinner

This luxurious roasted goat cranberry appetizer recipe is easier to make than it looks! This is the perfect appetizer for holiday gatherings like Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Do you remember the first time you roasted goat cheese? Not? Well, I do. It was a momentary type of appetizer that was important to me.

Oh, don't you have a good opening moment? ......... Maybe, or maybe not, obsessed with food.

I'm not ashamed to say that eating goat cheese for the first time, hot, baked and creamy, when I realized that cheese appetizers meant more than a few cheeses in stale crackers.


  • 1/3 cup of almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 2 cups of fresh cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 10 ounces of goat cheese


  1. Preheat 350 degrees oven. Spread the almonds on a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and pour the almond into a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine vinegar and honey. Add cranberries and thyme to the bowl and stir until they are protected by liquid. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. On a cutting board, cut to almonds. Set aside 1/2 tablespoons of chopped almonds and the goat roll of cheese in the remaining almonds. Use your hands to mix almonds to goat cheese and form goat cheese onto the disk. Place of goat cheese in the middle of Pai's plate.
  4. Pour the cranberry mixture around the cheese. Sprinkle the almonds aside on the cheese goat.
  5. Place it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or bread.
