Good Beef And Crazy Beef

Beef and broccoli are the staple foods that you will find in almost any Chinese American restaurant or wrapper. I like beef and broccoli because () I can't hold anything with soft and delicious pelvic steak strips, and (b) it's like an easy one-pan stir fried recipe that takes less than 30 minutes in total.   • 5 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon of canola oil
  • For this sauce:
  • low sodium, 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of corn flour

Instructions

  1. Throw sliced ​​beef in a large bowl with cornmeal.
  2. Hot canola oil in a pan over medium heat for several minutes. Add the sliced ​​beef and cook until it's browns, a few minutes, stirring. Move it to the plate and set it aside.
  3. Add the broccoli and garlic to the pan, and stir. Add beef stock. Let it boil until broccoli is soft, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. While waiting for broccoli to cook, mix all the ingredients in the bowl and mix.
  5. Add the reserved beef and sauce to the pan, and stir. Let it boil for 5 minutes so the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Serve beef and broccoli on white rice.
