Soft, rich goat cheese is a perfect contrast to bright, sour tomatoes on this delicious roasted dip. Served in crispy homemade Crostini, Marinara sauce & goat cheese is the perfect party holiday appetizer.

If you are hosting a vacation, or if you are just attending a party, this baked Marinara goat cheese sauce is a must have. It can't be easier, with only a few ingredients brought together. Wedding goat cheese and tomatoes are perfection, like a rich texture, goat cheese cream offset heavy acid bites of tomatoes.


  • 8 ounces of goat cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1-1 ½ cup of jarred marinara (or make your own)
  • A pinch of salt
  • fresh basil, for decoration
  • Crostini or crispy crackers for dipping


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease is small (about 8 ") baking plates with cooking spray.
  2. Combine goat cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan and dried basil in a medium sized bowl. Spread to the baking sheet, leaving 1 "border on the edge. Fill the border around the goat cheese mixture with marinara sauce. Sprinkle with a little halal salt.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until the sauce is cheerful and golden brown cheese.
  4. Decorate with fresh basil, cut ribbons (chiffonade).
  5. Serve immediately with Crostini or crispy crackers for dipping.

To make Crostini:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Slice the baguette to 1/2 "slice. Arrange on a large baking dish and drizzle / brush with olive oil on both sides. Bake for about 6-7 minutes, give the bread and bake for 3-4 minutes or until the bread gold on both sides This can be done at the same time as the dip.
