Garlic Tuscan Chicken

Tuscan garlic chicken chicken has the most amazing creamy garlic sauce with spinach and sun dried tomatoes. This food is restaurant quality food ready in 30 minutes!

One more week left from school. One. When I look back on the last year this school has been flown by! I feel like we are just celebrating Christmas and now we are heading to summer. We all look forward to summer time in our home. Bring on BBQs, s'mores, swimming and late at night!

We have been very busy with moving to our new home which we don't have time for cooked restaurants. This Tuscan garlic chicken is the first dinner that I have made in a while and for DIE FOR!


  • 1½ pound without the skin of a chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • ½ cup of chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup of sun dried tomatoes


  1. In a large skillet add olive oil and cook the chicken over high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until brown on each side and cooked until it is no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken and set it aside on the plate.
  2. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, powdered garlic, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Shake the heat until it starts to thicken. Add spinach and sundried tomatoes and simmer until the spinach begins to wither. Add the chicken back to the pan and serve more than pasta if desired.
