Easy Spaghetti And Meatballs

Spaghetti and meatballs. Meatballs are perfect, tender, juicy and loaded with flavor boiled in rich tomato sauce. This is one and only sauce spaghetti recipe you will need! Always a big hit with family and every guest!

This spaghetti and meatball recipe is very fast and easy to stir! Meatballs and sauces are made in the same pan which means fewer dishes and gaze sauce ... flavorful. Plus I share all my tips to ensure tender, juicy meatballs that won't fall apart when you cook them!


  • 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 3/4 cup of crumb Italian bread
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper


  • 2 ounces of 14 cans of tomato sauce
  • 2 ounces-14 cans of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 large diced onion
  • 3 chopped cloves of garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of basil
  • 1 tablespoon of salt garlic
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of bright brown sugar
  • 1 pound of raw spaghetti noodles
  • Fresh chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese for topping


  1. Mix beef, eggs, milk, bread flour, salt and pepper together in a medium sized bowl. Use hands to ensure mixed.
  2. Using the hands of a mixed meatball roll into small balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place it in a large pan coated with olive oil.
  3. Cook meatballs over medium heat, turn while they cook, until browned on all sides and cook through.
  4. Dry the grease from the pan.
  5. Return the pan to the stove on low heat (keep the meatballs in the pan). Add the shallots and cook until tender. Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Pour in tomato sauce and dice tomatoes. Add oregano, basil, salt garlic, and black pepper. Stir to combine. Add bright brown sugar and stir.
  6. Bring the sauce to a boil. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
  7. While the boiling sauce cooks spaghetti noodles according to their instructions. Mix the sauce and noodles together in a saucepan, or just pour the sauce directly over the noodles. Add Parmesan and enjoy!
