Easy Chocolate Pie #christmas #chocolate

This easy Chocolate Pie is truly amazing. With only 5 ingredients it's almost impossible to damage and I'm sure you already have ingredients in hand! PIE intervenes best !!

  • Prepared 9 inch pie crust or graham cracker crust - if using 8 inches you will have additional layers.
  • 1/3 cup + 1/2 cup + 1 cup + 1 cup heavy cream (you will need SECUPAK heavy cream, not one pint! Nearly 3 cups of heavy cream! ~ Believe me, really worth it!)
  • 3/4 cup + 3/4 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chip
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup of sugar powder
  • Chocolate shavings


  1. In a double broiler or small pan on low heat, add 1/3 cup of thick cream and 3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chip. Stir frequently until melted and smooth.
  2. Pour the chocolate mixture into the shell prepared by the pie and freeze for 20 minutes.
  3. While in the freezer, in the same pan add 1/2 cup thick cream & 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chip. Mix often until the chocolate melts and smooths. Let it cool to room temperature. If you are in a hurry, pop into the refrigerator to cool quickly.
  4. In a separate bowl, shake 1 cup of thick cream and vanilla until gently top the form.
  5. Add a cooled mixture of thick brown cream and continue beating until thick, gently and gently topping the form.
  6. Pour the second layer of chocolate into the cake crust and return to the freezer for another 20 minutes.
  7. In another bowl mix 1 cup of heavy cream with 1/4 cup of sugar powder. until the stiff tops the form. Spread chocolate pie.
  8. Top with chocolate shavings or brown grated.
  9. Serve immediately or return to the freezer.
  10. Remove from the freezer and transfer to the refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
