Cranberry Brie Bite #christmas #cranberry

I'm not one to make a fuss over appetizers. OK, I'm not much to make a fuss in eating, really. That's why I created this website. I want to share all the easy recipes I like. Most of them look like you go all out but you don't. That's what today's recipe is all about. This is delicious but they look rather fancy, right?

For this recipe I use Brie because it melts beautifully and has a smooth, soft taste that mates well with other flavors. I like the little bitterness of cranberry sauce paired with brie. You can use jalapeno jelly instead of cranberry sauce. However, I just think red is beautiful and a little more festive and the taste is really so delicious!

  • flour to sprinkle the dough and cutting board
  • 1 8 oz tube crescent batter
  • 1 8 oz brie wheel cheese
  • 1 cup of whole cranberry sauce is not frozen
  • Fresh rosemary stalks

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 ° f. Spray mini muffin cans with cooking spray. Scattered flour slightly out to your counter. Then flatten the sickle roll dough and pinch the stitch together. Cut the sickle dough into 24 equal sized boxes. Place the box into the tin muffin slot.
  2. Brie cut into small pieces and place in a box of sickle dough. Top with a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce, and a little sprig of rosemary.
  3. Bake until the golden brown crescent batter is light (about 15 minutes). Serve warm!
