Cooked With Salmon Poke Bowl

You need this 10 minute preparation to-die-for cooked Salmon poke a bowl in your life! I tell you, what you need! Your favorite grains, chopped vegetables and delicious salmon filet topped with the most amazing sauce!



I was the laziest person on the planet when it came to accounting and then in March and a tax refund required filing my hits like a hammer. Do you know why?   • 1 cup of your favorite grain, cooked (mine is a mixture of brown rice, black rice and quinoa)
  • 1/4 yellow pepper
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 1 small carrot

  • 1 packet of saucy fish Co. Grilled Sweet Chili Salmon with tomato & chili sauce
  • 1 full cilantro hand

Instructions

  1. If you don't have any leftover grain in the fridge I suggest making couscous because it takes only 5-10 minutes to prepare.
  2. Wash and dice peppers. Wash and peel carrots and matchsticks or bars. Wash and slice radish. Peel and slice avocados.
  3. Assemble the bowl by adding the first grain, then vegetables, then the saucy fish Co Roast Sweet Chili Salmon filet or filets (depending on how hungry you are) and then pour delicious tomato & chili sauce.
  4. Wash, destalk and chop coriander and sprinkle on everything. Enjoy!
