Baked Or Fried Shrimp And Egg Roll Vegetables

Crispy, savory, roll eggs come together in just a few minutes, and can be roasted or fried for a large meal or snack!



First of all I just want to say that I love. I love and I don't care who knows. (Elf ... who?)? But seriously. I always like Asian inspired or themed things, and roll eggs are always high on my list because they are full of yummy goodness, but also because they are deep fried. High level wontons for the same reason even if I hate the consequences of deep fried.

One thing that is amazing about this particular egg roll is that they are big burned or fried! This egg roll is a traditional little spin off because I use lettuce. Broccoli cabbage is not cabbage, and sauteed broccoli cabbage in butter with garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and honey to get a wonderful added flavor. They don't need to be fried, even though you can if you want something so good!

material

  • a mixture of slaw 2 cups of broccoli
  • 2 Tbs parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter!
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 1/2 cups of pre-cooked shrimp (peeled, must have about 25 small shrimp)
  • 8 egg roll wrapers
  • water (for united egg rolls)
  • oil for frying, or additionally I can't believe it's not butter! for baking

Sauce

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. If baking Heat the oven to 400 degrees, if frying, heat the oil to 375 degrees
  2. In a large saucepan, sauté the sliced ​​broccoli, parsley, and chopped garlic for 1-2 minutes in the process. Can't believe it is not butter!
  3. Add ginger, sesame oil and honey and stir-fry for minutes
  4. Add it cooked, peeled, shrimp and stir, then remove from heat
  5. Place about 2 Tbs of mixed vegetables and shrimp into the egg roll wrapper
  6. Roll into an egg roll (the back of the package shows how to do this)

To fry:

  1. Fry at 375 degrees until golden brown (2-3 minutes)

Roasting:

  1. Brush with me can't believe it's not butter! and put on the baking tray sprayed
  2. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes
  3. Mixing dipping ingredients together (feel free to adjust a little preference, ie more honey if you want to be sweeter, etc.)
  4. Serve hot rolled eggs with sauce
