Apple Caramel And Cottage Cheese Pancakes

The apple pancake and this caramel cheese combine sweet and delicious ripe apples, caramel and cheese. The results become a high protein breakfast that is perfect for the fall.


  • 2 apples or 1 1/2 cups of grated apples
  • 2/3 cups of small curd Cottage cheese friendship
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 teaspoons of nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons of caramel syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or 2 tablespoons of oil


  1. Peel and core the apple, then grate them.
  2. In a separate bowl Mix cheese, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, caramel syrup, and salt.
  3. Sprinkle in flour and baking powder and stir.
  4. Add the grated apples and stir until mixed.
  5. Heat a skillet or skillet on medium-low heat.
  6. For each pancake, spoon 1/4 cup of dough into the pan.
  7. When the bubble forms on the pancake and the bottom is golden brown, turn the pancakes over and cook until browned on the other side.
  8. To serve drizzle with caramel or cajeta and top with apple slices, Reddi-wip, and mint leaves
