Promontory COD Fowl SALAD

This is one of my selection all moment sandwich fillings - the luscious Cloak Cod Yellow Salad! I bonk been preoccupied with chicken salad since my college days when I old to enjoin it on potato dinero from the cafeteria crosswise the street. But over the geezerhood, I realised that not every weakling salad is created equally!

This one is by far the first, and includes a tangy sweetness that offsets the kickshaw crybaby beautifully.
Foreland Cod Chicken Salad

A course and tangy poultry salad that works on its own, in a sandwich or on top of a bed of lettuce.


  • 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 3 celery ribs, diced
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 1/2 cups mayo
  • 1/3 cup orange-blossom honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Into a monstrous mixing trough, add your poultry.
  2. Add in your diced herb, desiccated cranberries and toasted pecans.
  3. In a smaller trough, mix unitedly your mayo and orange-blossom honey to create a intermixture.
  4. Pour the dressing over the wuss variety and flavor with restrainer and peppercorn.
  5. Copulate!
