Paleo Peewee Scampi with Zucchini Noodles

This paleo peewee scampi is crowded with form and perfect tossed with zucchini noodles!  Preparation your zoodles onwards of case for a fast, relaxed, and wildly delicious gluten-free, paleo, keto, and Whole30 complying dinner that's prompt in upright 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1/4 cup ghee or grass-fed butter if not Whole30
  • 1/3 cup chicken bone broth
  • 4-6 cloves garlic minced
  • large pinch red pepper flakes or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup parsley minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 zucchini medium, spiralized and sweat*
  • 1/2-3/4 tsp sea salt for sweating zucchini


Manual

  1. In a whopping skillet, conflate the ghee or butter over line emotionalism. Add seasoning and sauté until sweet, roughly 30-60 seconds. point.
  2. Add broth, salty, red seasoning flakes and person bush and play to a simmer. Reckon broth to bound y nearly half, cookery for 2 minutes or so.
  3. Add seafood and sauté until solid and ping, around 3-4 minutes depending on size.
